Location was good. Plenty of makan place opposite. And it is only 20 mins to Kuantan town.

Tidy and complete basic furniture including microwave. Super convenient.

2 things that have room to improve. 1. Little unpleasant smell , I had to open the windows and toilet door for the airflow. 2. The car park lot is very far from the accommodation. No hair dryer but it didn’t bother me as I usually bring my own.

But my room is looking by the parking lot on ground floor. Shouldve stated clearly so quite disappointed by this

The directions given on how to check in was clear. Overall, the location is good and there are options on food, coffee and a few convenience stores. The apartment was clean, and provided ample space for a family of 4.

1. When we arrived that was this ‘smell’ in the toilet. We tried cleaning the toilet again but the smell persisted throughout our 4 days stay. 2. The sponges were mouldy and slimy. We were grossed out, so we bought new dish sponges to replace the one in the apartment and left if there for the next person. 3. Expired complementary coffee and tea. It expired in 2021. Property owners need to check up on these. 4. Ants and cockroaches- they come out at night. Maybe periodic pest control would help? 5. Toilet windows can’t be closed properly and the blinds are out of order. Was worried that someone might be able to get into our room from the toilet window and the apartment was located on the Ground floor, facing the visitor carpark. Really should get this window fixed. 6. Access card- we were only given 1 card which made a hassle if one of us needs to go to the beach or toilet. Had to plan out the logistics everytime we needed to split.

It feels at home! The unit complete with washing machines+ dryer, water filter, cooking utensil, microwave , extra mattress and huge fridge. So i am happy with all this! Senang.

Parking jauh sikit. I think it’s easier parking dekat visitors place. Hope the tenant maintain the condition of the apartment.
