Location Friendly staff

A bit confusing when originally got here as it doesn't really look like a hotel. But after I figured it out and the staff quickly approached me because I must have looked confused... I was good.

Bardzo czysto, pachnąca pościel, wygodne łóżka, możliwość zostawienia bagażu, przemiła obsługa, naprawdę nie często spotyka się tak uprzejme osoby.

Centralissima! A due passi dalla piazza centrale Stanza molto grande Pulizia eccellente

Avrei gradito trovare shampoo/balsamo/crema corpo perché portarli in aereo è complicato. Ma i prodotti base c’erano

"Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Clean and breakfast in the bistro was very nice. Although we didn’t boo"

Great accommodation. 2 minutes walk to the square.

Only downside was that only 1 pillow each in the room and they were very soft. We couldn’t change the temp on the air conditioning but not a major problem.

"Central location hotel"

A perfect location for exploring Krakow. The rooms were very spacious and a lovely large bathroom. All the staff at the property were very helpful and friendly.

A little bit of street noise in the early hours, but this has to be expected with its very central location. Hotel provided ear plugs but noise was only very limited.
