Very nice, cozy and calm place. Great area with double pool and relax place around. Grill area with view and available wood. Welcoming and helpful lady. Despite not speaking english very proactive and trying to help with any request. Area around with beautiful small town of Lari. Great gelato and pasta. Ideal for couples and families which are not too noisy.

A/C missing was not problem for me but you must be cautious how to ventilate in the hot days. (Open in the night, Close in the day on the sunny side). Then it is fine. Would be happy for dishwasher. Several minor details where we have noticed some cost cutting which might even worsen the experience in coming years such as: 1.The furniture in the rooms looked like old but actually was more like cheap modern with old look, drawers not working properly. 2.Shades on the deckchairs was not holding the position. 3.Waves on the on the surface of the pool floor as sign it was not done properly. 4.Grill was quite shaky with not possibility to clean it easily. 5.The parasols seemed quite unstable during the stronger breeze.

This place is amazing! Lucia is so kind and available I would definitely go back. The place is beautiful and the swimming pool huge.

Perhaps AC is lacking, beware in August it gets very hot.

The accommodation is in a beautiful, perfect, quiet location. The sea and attractions are also within easy reach. The pool is huge, clean, well-kept garden, well-equipped kitchen. There is no air conditioning, if you go in very hot weather, choose a ground floor apartment.

the support of Lucia, the quite in the area, the view out of the hotel, the comfortable apartment (3 bed rooms), the people in the area, the swimming pool, the garden of the apartment, the easy location to the main cities of Toscana, the bakery in the next village, the restaurants in the area, the original products that one can get in the area (in shops that are not tourist traps)

there are no international channels in the TV, the WLAN had breaks

A fantastic place, very spacious clean accommodation, perfect for my family. The host was helpful and informative. We spent 2 weeks here using it as a base to explore. Local towns are great with plenty of good restaurants. This property would be perfect if it had ac, it was extremely hot during our visit and 2 fans wasn’t enough. A car is definitely needed.

Very spacious apartment with a well equipped kitchen. Lovely swimming pool. We enjoyed visiting nearby Lari and the castle, Casciano Terme and Casciano Alto.

Place is amazing, typical tuscanian style, beautiful garden, big pool, underground parking places. Huge apartments with all you need to stay in Tuscany for as long as you need. Fantastic view from tarrace, you can see on attached picture. Can’t forgot to mention about Lucy who is manging that property, she is always helpful and does fantastic job as first point of contact. We loved 10 days we spent here, hopefully we would be able to back in near future.

All was perfect

Everything was perfect, with special mention for the great staff (Lucia is the best!) and the wonderful swimming pool. Great apartments that have everything you need. Fresh in the evenings.

It is not the most "authentic" place to stay in this region: if you stay at an agriturismo you will have more contact with the roots of the region.
