Excellent location, clean.

The accomodation was really good for the money. Free bus stop in front of the house that takes you to the slopes. Very nice people.

The location was very nice and clean. The host was very helpful, providing all the necessary information. There is a kitchen with all the necessary appliances. A ski room is also present. There is a restaurant in 10 minutes walk and also duty free shops and supermarkets. Livigno is a duty free zone so expect smaller prices. The gas has the smallest price in the whole Italy, so prepare your trip accordingly.

Two small issues that might bother other people, although for me they were OK: they have heating in the floor which is very pleasant. Before coming, I read reviews on Booking, saying it's cold in the apartment. I could say that once I felt a little bit cold, but the problem was solved with a pair of socks 😁. Otherwise, it was very pleasant. Second small issue: the bathroom has the ceiling closer to the floor on one side of the bathroom and in one of the bedrooms. This could be an issue for some very tall people like me but nothing to worry. You go there for ski not for staying in the bathroom.
