Sagma Central Rooms with Pool

Easy check-in, nice comfortable and clean room with balcony. Mrs Litsa at the reception was fabulous with a lot of information about places to visit, beach bars with free umbrellas and restaurants to eat. Excellent breakfast with fresh eggs and vegetables, coffee and juice, fruit and yogurt, bread and much more. Smiley serving staff ladies always ready to assist. Nice pool area and enough umbrellas and reclining beds to relax and enjoy sunbathing. Located near to local markets,shops & restaurants and close by to Perissa Black beach (10min walking distance)

The owners were very welcoming, the breakfast was delicious, and the room was cleaned daily. The location is excellent, close to the beach, the bus stop, and the supermarket.

The only small downside was that the shower and tap water were quite salty.

Soggiorno ottimo! Abbiamo alloggiato 3 notti e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Camera come da descrizione e pulita. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Posizione ottima per la spiaggia e c’è a 2 min a piedi la fermata dell’autobus per arrivare a Fira o altri punti d’interesse

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour de 2 semaines à Sagma Central Rooms, mes enfants et moi ! Nos hôtes et l’équipe étaient absolumented adorables et à l’écoute de tous nos besoins. Nous avons pu nous détendre à la piscine ou à la mer à deux pas de là. Nous avons pu faire des excursions grâce aux bons conseils de notre hôtesse et l’accès au bus à proximité. Il est aussi très facile de faire nos courses. Et cerise sur le gâteau, le petit déjeuner copieux et servi avec beaucoup d’attention. Vraiment un lieu à recommander ! Merci beaucoup !

The location is great—close to the bus stop, market, and bakery. The rooms are quiet, though there is a bit of noise from the main road, but it didn’t bother us. Breakfast is the same each morning, but we still enjoyed it. The pool is beautiful, very clean. The host was very polite and helpful. We asked for a late check-out due to our late flight, and she kindly let us stay an extra two hours in the room. The rooms were cleaned daily by two lovely, polite ladies. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we appreciated the hospitality.

The beds were a little uncomfortable for me personally, but my kids and husband slept well, so I suppose it depends on the person.

What's good: cleanses, quiet, pool, friendly staff, owner helpful and polite.

Location I would rate it 50/50, ok if with a car, but other locations can be found, such as Kamari would be a better location as prices are normal, a variety of shops and restaurants are a step away. Fira and Oia parking is a nightmare Regarding breakfast, you take what they give you like it or not, toast and egg next day salad and egg, that's it! Surely you can find better! Regarding room rating 2 to 3 not bad but don't expect any luxury

Our room was just next to the main road

I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili per tutto il soggiorno. Struttura con bella piscina accessibile, colazione super. Ottima posizione per raggiungere la spiaggia di Perissa (una decina di minuti a piedi) e vicinissima ad un carrefour e alla fermata del pullman.

Personale molto disponibile e ogni mattina veniva preparata la colazione a base di uova , yogurt, frutta ,caffè cereali e marmellata . Posizione ottima e tranquilla con una bella piscina interna .
