The view and quietness

Super friendly staff. Great views. Spacious surrounding with a small playground for the kids.

The room needs some refreshing - for example front door was getting stuck and the showerhead was way too low. We visited in SA winter and the room felt uncomfortably cold. Adding an airco can be a good idea, as the heater provided did not make much of a difference. We could also hear every step our neighbours made, as the froor upstairs is made of wood.

Cozy. The lady that welcomed me was very friendly. I loved how they had all the tools to keep you warm! Haha! From electric blankets to heaters!

The shower was warm for 2 minutes then went cold. Had to have a cold shower on a freeezing morning! But I’ll get over it. My stay was short but comfortable. Also felt offish how it seemed like I wasn’t welcome into the reception area in the morning…? The lady stepped outside and closed the door to talk to me in the cold…? I don’t know how I felt about that. And it happened twice so it wasn’t a mistake. Maybe communication would be better❤️
