Villa Ana

Excellent location. Amazing owners. We enjoyed our vacation very much :-)

You only had to cross the road to be on the beach and there were free sun lounges. The couple, in particular Anna, went above and beyond. She picked up dropped us off at airport AND took us to a great supermarket to get a big shop in

The apartment was not cleaned whilst we were there. The bedding and towels were not changed and we had to change our own bins

Location unbeatable. Just in front of the sea with access to a privatised little beach with sun beds and umbrellas. Also parking space available

The noise insulation of the whole building is terrible. Bring very good earplugs if you are planning to stay at this hotel. The first thing you expect from a hotel is to be able to sleep comfortably. Here this is not the case. You can hear everything, the neighbour going to the toilet during the night, someone snoring like a pig for 2 nights in a row or a TV going on somewhere. On top of that the mattress was way too soft for my taste and the room is very small and we had to keep our luggage on the balcony. I really would not advise anyone to spend a night there

Ana's place is in front the sea. In May, it is quiet and peaceful. You can enjoy a transat, a swim or a book in front of a nice landscape. We had a great weather and the balcony was a second room for us. Three restaurants and a small shop are at ten minutes walking from the building. You need 30 mn by car to get to Trogir and 30 mn to reach Split with the boat from Slatine. Ana and Daniel are very friendly and helpful. Do not hesitate to spend time there.
