Orestis Hotel Sea View Apartments

The apartment is designed in a maisonette format. The sleeping area is on the top floor while the kitchen, bathroom and living area are on the lower floor. Each apartment has its private access from the pool level. From the living room balcony, you get a gorgeous view of the adjacent olive groves and the sea in the distance. The kitchen is sparsely furnished, but basically has everything we need for our stay nevertheless. The apartment is situated in a quiet and hilly neighbourhood (non-touristic), away from the touristy and bustling main street that runs parallel to the beach. Access to the beach and beach-front stores/restaurants (7 mins by car). There were 2 restaurants in the direct vicinity from the apartment (1-2 min walk). Water, beer and soft drinks were available at very reasonable prices at the reception 24/7. The owner/receptionist is also very kind and helpful. He also responses to your questions or requests very promptly on WhatsApp. We enjoyed our stay at Stalos a lot. Thank you for everything! :)

It’s a great hotel with breathtaking views of the mountains and sea, the rooms all are very clean, with fully equipped kitchen, and everything you’d expect from an apartment. It’s a great place for digital nomads who live to work from their balcony with their laptop. The energy is great, the atmosphere / air is very clean. I also recommend this place for athletes or anyone who’s planing to run/spring up and down the hills or cycle. This place is also great in the winter and all other seasons.

Lovely apartment with nice pool and stunning views from one of the balconies. It was such a pleasure staying here with the feeling of living in the mountains and two excellent taverns in walking distance. The staff were exceptional. Maria and Nassos are the epitome of Greek hospitality, so helpful and welcoming. The apartment is in close proximity to the city and city beaches,(15& 10 minutes drive) it's a wonderful peaceful getaway with all you need close by.

I didn't use the breakfast in the hotel as I often wake up early and had a coffee and a pastry down in Stalos, when going by bicycle every day. A MUST if you wanne be a bit sportive during your holiday up the hills ;) My stay was one of the best for relaxing holiday. Apart from a clean room HK service throughout the stay and marvellous apartment views etc. mountain and sea, the friendly service every day made it home away from home !! :)

Kitchen didn't have salt, pepper and coffee. Bathroom very small.

I went there with my family end of July and it was the perfect place. You're away from the touristy places but still close enough to drive to Chania inner city whenever you feel like it. Nassos really made us feel welcomed with everything. The view from the 3 balconies was amazing and the location was perfect. You can easily hike through the amazing mountains. And even though we managed to get locked outside many times he fixed it for us. We will definitely come back if we're visiting Chania again

It can be a bit dangerous for young kids with all the stairs but there are stairs everywhere in Greece anyways so this was expected and nothing to do with the apartment

Great place away from the busy streets with super cozy multi floor appartments and a nice swimmingpool.

Very kind staff! Nassos made sure we're not missing any info, constantly stayed in contact with us, he's a very nice host and his family is very sweet too! We've got a really great room and the view from all our balconies was just breathtaking. Quiet surroundings. Tidy and comfortable room, with all needed amenities. Parking is on the street, but there are plenty of spots at all times. Definitely would come back, next time in Chania/ Stalos!

Bathtub was a bit tricky on us, in terms of faucet and drain, but not a big deal, didn't influence our stay.
