close to the beach, parking in the premises, the rooftop was amazing, internet was available

poor attitude from some of the staff, the coughing noise from the guy watching the cars in the parking lot

"There are good reasons this hotel is rated 2 stars. Just a few things would up that rating."

Other than reception, the hotel is well maintained and nicely appointed.

The kitchen was entirely useless. No pots and pans, a coffee pot, but no cups. The 3/4 oz of coffee grounds wouldn't have made 2 cups anyway. Reception said there is a notice that you have to bring your own pots/pans, but I didn't see it. Even if I had brought my own, there is no dish soap and nothing to wash with. Don't rent it for the kitchen as I did.
