Las vistas de la alberca

El servicio de tv no sirve el.aire acondicionado sin servicio los elevadores saturados el estacionamiento muy congestionado y la gente para bajar a playa muy déspota las toallas parecen lijas y solo proporcionan un set al día

Las instalaciones siempre estan bien

La vigilancia de la alberca muy prepotente, el servicio de toallas muy groseros. El Aire acondicionado no funcionaba. El control de la tv no servia. Y para variar solo funcionaban 2 elevadores

Nunca habia ido a acapulco y quede muy feliz de conocerlo.

Que habia mar hondo y en el hotel no hubo acceso a la playa, tuvimos que ir a otra. Pero todo bien.
