Very bad customer satisfaction. They did not accept cash or card. Only online. System was broken. Cancelled our reservation while we were there. We had to find a New hotel. Stay away.

Very bad experience. The photos do not match reality. The mattress is very old, the pillows are of poor quality, and the place was very dirty, with an extremely dirty carpet. The bathroom had a strong sewage smell. I do not recommend it.

Áreas boas do apartamento.Temperatura agradável.

Em 5 dias de estadia não limparam o apartamento uma única vez.Deram 4 toalhas de banho e uma toalha de rosto para 4 hóspedes.Durantte a estadia de 4 noites tive que ir despejar o lixo 2 vezes à garagem porque não fizeram a limpeza. Utensílios de cozinha em falta só colocados no apartamento. após reclamação. Funcionários antipáticos e sem mínima noção do conceito de bem receber Valor de pequeno almoço por pessoa exorbitante 16€/pessoa.
