Bon emplacement et le spa était bien

L'appartement ne ressemble pas aux photos, la moitié de la vaisselle était sale et les draps taché, la poubelle était cassée....

Apartment was spacious and it had big windows, the AC was both in living room and seperate room which worked very well. The apartment was well equiped with a microwave, a stove, fridge and freezer and the bathroom had a nice modern look with a bath tub and a shower.

The facilities are public and are shared with entire building as well as anyone else that pays to use it so it's not exclusive. The locker rooms on the way to swimming pool don't have any changing rooms also the wellness doesn't provide you with a key or anything to lock your stuff in the closets, you must bring your own lock and a key to safely store your stuff. The pool was heated but everyone from the gym is staring at you constantly. The gym we didn't even bother visiting as it always looked crowded and you would get stared at from the street as the gym also had windows. When paying in cash as they offered discount we got no receipt. Parking in their garage was 25€ per day. Not once in our stay we didn't get any new fresh towels, toilet paper or any offer to clean our appartment or to even empty our trash can... There was damage to the walls and some furniture, the chairs in the dining table were horrible and squeaky, they felt very unstable. The tableware was very limited, only a few plates, 4 glasses, but the frying pan terrible and toxic to cook in, it was completely scratched and unusable, we asked at the reception if it's possible to get a new one and they didn't comply. Upon arriving in the apartment there was only 1 half used toilet paper available (for us 4 people) so we had to go to reception to get 3 more rools and the receptionist asked us why we need it? silly One of the doors in the apartment was completely unable to close as the mechanism was broken so we had to permanently shut it with the washing machine to hold it shut (the door was located between the bathroom and seperate bed room), the door for the bathroom was only lockable from the outside so you couldn't lock yourself in. We also went for reception for that matter and they were unable to provide us with the key to lock the doors in the apartment.
