"Great stay but pain with the towels"

Great location. Room nice and big and the spa and the gym were great.

Staff have been a pain with the towels. Were only asking for a couple extra ones during the 2 days and nights we stayed but they said they can only give fresh ones after 3 nights. Not ideal with an 8 years old. It should not be such an issue.

"Os dias foram otimos, mas as noites sem o devido conforto para descansar."

A localização do hotel é maravilhosa. A academia e o Spa sao excelentes. Perto de transporte publico e dos onibus de turismo. Proximo aos principais pontos turisticos, com acesso a pé.

A cama e os travesseiros são muito desconfortável. O secador de cabelos nao estava funcionando corretamente (cheirando a queimado e saindo fumaça) e nao foi resolvido durante os 7 dias de estadia. O que precisei usar o secador do Wellness para resolver parcialmente o problema. Pois os secodores nao tinha tinham potencia e calor sucientes.
