Property Notes

In the Three-Bedroom Apartment, air conditioning is available in two of the bedrooms and the living room. Although the third bedroom does not have its own air conditioning, its proximity to the living room allows cool air and remains comfortable. Swimming pools and spa facilities (indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and gym) are available for our guests at our partner hotel Kozmo Hotel Suites & Spa, located directly next to us. Kindly be informed that there is a fee of 20 euros per person per day (apply to all age). Opening hour from 12:00 to 20:00 (except children under 14 years can use only until 16:00). Please note that in case of reserving 3 or more apartments / rooms, a group policy applies regarding prepayment and cancellation, and the hotel will inform you about the policy. In all apartment, the televisions do not offer local channels; however, Netflix and youtube are provided for your entertainment.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

Great location, amazing space staff very helpful

Tv had no channels except Netflix (pro video for free by hotel) ,some noise die rendition next door but that is nearly sorted. Will definetly stay there again

L'hôtel est magnifique, l'appartement que nous avions étaient immense (environ 100m2), je ne m'attendais pas à ça. Plafonds hauts, très belle décoration, salle de bain avec baignoire et douche, grande cuisine, bref, un vrai réel plaisir de séjourner là-bas. Nous avions un peu de bruit de la rue, même si la nuit, c'était plutôt calme. Rien de vraiment gênant. Le petit déjeuner était excellent, il se situe dans l'hôtel Kozmo qui est joint au Zoya. Digne d'un grand hôtel, céréales, jus de fruits, divers fruits, un espace pour du salé, un espace pour le sucré, un chef pour préparer des omelettes, le lieu est magnifique. La vraie classe. Le SPA et la salle de sport se situent également dans l'hôtel Kozmo, cela coute 20 euros par personne, mais c'est un vrai plus pour notre séjour. nous y avons passé un après-midi et c'était un vrai moment de détente. A pied, nous étions environ à 30mn des différents centres d'intérêts, sinon Uber était notre meilleur ami. Possibilité de laisser nos bagages en consigne si nous arrivons trop tôt sur Budapest. Merci à l'équipe du Zoya qui nous a très bien accueilli et renseigné tout au long de notre séjour (mention spéciale pour Hestia!)
