Great location and lovely facilities.

The apartment is lovely, so clean and spacious! It has everything you need and the location is 11 out of 10.

The location and the size of the apartment were very good. One of the staff, Doren was good to communicate with. But her colleagues were not so good; language may have been an issue.

Fifty steps to climb to get to level 2 to reach the apartment, is not for the faint hearted. Carrying luggage weighing around 27 - 30kg up the steps is no fun. Future guests need to be mindful of that. There was no iron clothes but an ironing board was there. When contacted over the phone, the staff was of no use. In fact, we were told that, if the iron was not in the cupboard next to the fridge, they couldn't help us!!😡. We were advised that we could have a late check-out at 11am but the cleaners were not informed of this; we got kicked out at 10am. I stress, the cleaners were simply doing their job. One of the cleaners was kind enough to help us with the bags to bring them to ground level. Coffee, tea and sugar were woefully inadequate for four guests. Really lacked attention to detail.

The space and location are fabulous! Also the colors of the apartment are beautiful :)

The second shower was a bit small.

The apartment was in downtown Pest. It was centrally located. Close to shops and restaurants and around the corner from Aldi and another grocery store. There was a coffee shop 3 min walk from the apartment. The apartment had a WC and main bathroom and separate shower stall in 2nd bedroom. The apartment had the essentials. It had toiletries and a washing machine in the bathroom. The kitchen was nice with all the appliances needed. The apartment was decorated nicely. It had a bookshelf with books you could peruse during downtime, and an umbrella hanging on the coat rack thought that was a nice touch. It looked just like the pictures. Uber is not allowed in Budapest, but they have a taxi app you can download and use that's similar to Uber. Overall, the apartment was very nice and comfortable and in a good location.

When we entered the courtyard, it was slightly confusing as to which floor the apartment was on ... not a big deal, just would have been helpful if the instructions said to keep walking up til you see the door with sign S23 on it. When we came home the 1st night after touring and dinner, we struggled to see because there wasn't sensored lighting or obvious lighting...we used our cellphone flashlights to see to walk up to the 3rd floor. We eventually did find the light switches on the pillars of the landing and on the wall behind the courtyard door. Also, the 2nd bedroom had the walk-in shower (no toilet or sink just shower ), which was unexpected. The main bathroom had a tub and hand shower. The bed was comfortable for sleeping BUT it was on a platform that had a big ledge around the entire bed...I tripped over the foot ledge going to the bathroom in the middle of the night because of not being familiar with how far the platform extended past the mattress 🙃 (guess I could have turned on the lights to go to the bathroom LOL) When you look at the pics you will understand. Also, the bed is very low to the floor, so you need to be flexible and without mobility issues to be able to get in and out of the bed. We don't have mobility issues, so that wasn't a problem for us.

Restricted access on all approaching roads that require a permit (barrier) It seems only the yellow taxis have access and our taxis booked via booking.com could not get to the property meaning we had to walk to the property on arrival (only 5mins) and had to arrange to our departure taxi to collect at a different location. Not a big problem but could have been made clearer when booking

Beautiful apartment, clean, well located, we had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook a meal and thank you for leaving a salt and pepper there, simple thing that makes a difference, it’s so annoying when you get to an apartment and the host doesn’t leave a small salt and pepper. The staff were amazing, replied to all my messages so quick, no doubt the best costumer service I have had in a long time. The instructions to get in the apartment are spot on. Loved everything about this place.

The apartment is very spacious and very central. You can walk from here to most tourist attractions
