This is a nice property close to the center. The property was clean and easy to reach.

The map location isn’t accurate. If you use Rosie's Studios, Faliraki on google maps, it should take you to the actual location.

The size of them room, the cleanliness, the location of the property, it had parking, close distance to the beach,walking distance to bakery for breakfast, the helpfulness of staff.

The location on google maps shows that it’s before the roundabout when the actual location is a bit further down.

Friendly host. Really nice rooms and everything that you will need for a couple of days is there. Everythings clean and works fine.😊 Parking for car close.

Some of the sunbeds were broken but there was always enough for everyone to use. The pool was not heated.

The apartments were excellent regular housekeeping changing towels sheets etc and spotlessly clean. Very friendly and helpful owner and ideal location wise 10 mins walk from the beach and town centre. The apartments were peaceful and pool area and garden area were well kept and pool was very clean and well maintained and apartments were very comfortable and very quiet especially in the evening, guests were mostly couples and a few with 2 friends sharing but all guests were adults. We would definitely go back

I had a fantastic stay at Rosie's Bellezza. The accommodation exceeded my expectations, especially the swimming pool, which was always spotlessly clean and often felt like my private oasis. The owners were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to be helpful, making me feel right at home. The room itself was immaculate, with a fresh and modern feel, as if it were brand new. The location is perfect—just a short distance from the best beaches in Faliraki, and the surrounding area is vibrant and full of life. Highly recommended for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation!
