Everything was perfect ,as we expected.Nice location ,very good room ,lovely garden ,even we visited in December 😉😉 The location is in the heart of the historical part of the city ,a lot of restaurants ,shops ,nearby ,and of course the lake with a wonderful view.Our host was kind ,and helpfull ,so we recomande this location if you have a journey to Ioanina.

The room was comfortable and clean and nice staff,

Our room was right next to reception, we had to walk around the desk to get to the door. And it was right next to the street by the front door. Not quiet and therefore not peaceful. Not worth the price. Staff only there until 3 pm.

There are only things to like about this place. Surpassed our expectations in every respect. Will definitely be using this place in future, would definitely recommend, would definitely put my mom here.

Cold, dismal semi-basement.

Noise from neighbours, mosquitoes, smell of tobacco smoke in bathroom, uncomfortable sofa.

Great position for access to the centre, nice welcome.

Had the ground floor room behind the reception desk. It smelt musty and damp and got worse during my stay. Kept awake by other guests coming in very late. Bedding and pillow were very poor quality. No parking as stated. Told to find a road side space some distance away or find a carpark. My car had a lot of valuable items inside which were not practical to unload into the room so was worried about it being broken into. In the event it was OK. There are much better places for the price of €50 charged.
