a roomy, quiet apartment, very clean, terrific shower

the location is a few minutes drive from the center. but since a stay in ioannina usually requires a car, that is it really a problem

We were on the one night stand on our way to Pelopponese. This is probably the best place on which we were in the last 10 years. Very easy to find, everything is new, it is very clean, 3 airconditions, free food and drinks in the fridge... Even my little son said he would like to live here. We will come here again

"Modern and compact apartments"

They are really different apartments, the are designed in compact manner, equipped with all you need for your stay (also washing machine). They are in decorated in a modern style, including private parking and elevator. The breakfast is a actually products in the kitchen closet and the refrigerator (more than what you will need for breakfast). The owners did their best efforts to make our stay comfortable and were available for every question or request we had. We stayed in 2 apartments, both are equipped with air conditioning and have balconies.

"exactly what you want to get when you go on vacation with your family"

The room was perfect. everything you need when traveling with your family: perfect cleanliness, everything is new, excellent kitchen and all the necessary appliances in the kitchen, thoughtful air conditioning system. In one word, we finally felt at home. in addition to perfect mattresses, cleanliness and a comfortable apartment, ideal hosts, ready to answer any question and help in resolving all issues. Upon arrival, a pleasant compliment was waiting for us from the owners, good wine. I really liked that when we left, we were escorted by the whole family, they gave us a bottle of wine, as well as cool water for the journey.
