Nagyon jó és szép az elhelyezkedése. Előny,hogy jól lehet parkolni, és a kerékpár út közelisége.

Az ágy nem kényelmes, a párna túl puha, nem tudtunk jól aludni. Hangszitelés sajnos nincs.
