The location ,the staff are friendly

I was very disappointed to discover that the swimming pool and spa shown in the booking photos actually belonged to a different hotel nearby, not the one we booked. This was misleading and affected our expectations. Additionally, we were told upon arrival that we had booked two apartments when one would have been enough. The booking platform didn’t recommend a single apartment, possibly due to its smaller size. The hotel staff kindly advised us to stay in just one apartment and made the necessary arrangements, which we appreciated. However, we lost money in the process, as Booking.com refunded only half the price for the unused apartment. I also reached out through the platform to raise my concerns, but never received a response, which added to my frustration.

Staff in the restaurant very abrupt, and then added a 27% service charge!

The breakfast was good. We spent only one night and had no time to go to spa center which is nice, we had only time to look at it. Netx time we will definitely visit spa center.

Super hotel, personal and aqua world!!!!

We arrived at the hotel earlier than the check-in time. At the reception, they suggested we wait for the check-in at the cafe across the street. They did not offer to store our luggage or let us wait in the lobby. The internet is terrible. Access to the hotel courtyard costs extra, even if you don't want to swim – it's 10 euros per person, whether an adult or a child. Using the pool also requires an additional payment of 10 euros. You can only use it on the day of check-in. The next morning, even though check-out is at 10:00, you still have to pay another 10 euros.
