the fact it was close to the thermal pool. The staff where very kind

AC worked terrible in a very hot day. in the year 2022 there is no reason not have a modern AC in a hotel. in the reception they told me that this is how it goes in Hungary but this is not true due to the fact that I have been in another place in Komárom that had AC that worked just fine. The hotel is totally not updated. The sheets on the bed is so old and used that they made me itchy and feeling uncomfortable in my own bed.
