The superior double room with sea view was fantastic and exceeded expectations. It was large, comfortable with a fantastic sea view. It was perfect!

There's an unsightly building site nearby. However, this has nothing to do with the property and didn't cause any problems.

This is more like a 2 star property than 3 star as advertised. Although the room was very small and basic it was at least clean.

The property is located about a 10 min walk from town. There is construction going on across the street from the property and for some reason a large amount of construction materials are being stored directly next to the west side of the property building. We paid for a double room with a sea view and when we arrived the owner met us and checked us into Room 15. There is only a partial sea view when looking from each side of this room but the real issue was it directly overlooked a large amount of construction materials being stored about 4m away from the room - it looks like garbage dump of large construction stuff. Anytime we were in the room, or on the balcony, that is all we were looking at. Because of this we never used our balcony and kept our curtains in the room closed the entire stay so as not to have to look at it. So much for the “sea view” we paid extra for. Also the balcony and room are not private due to main walk ways and a stairway running along either side of it. We couldn’t open the bathroom window (which was weirdly located within the shower) as it opened directly onto the next unit’s patio so they could see right into our shower and bathroom if the window were open. From reading recent reviews on the property, it appears the neighbouring construction may have started around May 2025 and we booked in Feb 2025 for our stay from Sept 5-8, 2025. Unfortunately within that time no one from the hotel ever contacted us to advise of the changes around the property and to give us the opportunity to change or cancel our booking prior to arriving at the property and discovering it was no longer as described or depicted in photos, which only would have been fair.
