Remodeled, Huge Pool, Tiki Bar & Grill, Quiet Room

The pool was great and we loved the bar/restaurant! The food and service were good and they had live music and gorgeous views of the water.

The room itself was more of a hotel room. Very small with a mini fridge in the bathroom. The worst part was the air conditioner. When it was running it was so loud and when we tuned the temp up to 75 to get it to quiet down, it leaked and the condensation covered the floor. I did contact the management company and they said they would send a maintenance man but I don’t know if they ever did. We just left the a/c on 72. It was loud but the floor didn’t get wet.

The pool was ok, not huge. Just big Busy weekend … the pool was always full.

Our building was separate from the main hotel. Didn’t mention that in the details.

I liked that it had a walk-in shower and not just a tub with a shower head.. water pressure was really good to.plenty of hot water..

I Didnt like that the shower didn't have some type of shelf or a place to put your shampoos other than the floor..and a place to sit woulda made it alot better..

Location was decent.

We stayed 4 nights, the hotel does not provide linen for the room and there were only 2 wash clothes for our entire stay. Additionally the coffee maker was broken and unable to be repaired. No additional linen for bedding (extra blanket) as you would normally expect in a hotel or room. I did read prior reviews noting lack of places to hang towels. There are a few hangers provided so we were able to improvise hanging our bath towels.

Advertised as having a balcony, turned out to be a walkway outside the door. No hooks or rails to hang things. No shelf in shower for soap, shampoo etc. right underneath the flight path of Sarasota airport, very noisy at times.

It was a wonderful experience . We had timely updates. The room was very clean and a great location. We will return.
