You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Piscinas is closed from Sun 29 Sept 2024 until Fri 16 May 2025 A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Accommodation with pets, ONLY DOGS ALLOWED. The conditions are the following: • There is a dog fee of €10 per night and a cleaning fee of €20 per stay. • Maximum weight: 10 kg • Accommodation with dogs does not include a bed, food bowl or water bowl. • Dogs are not allowed in areas where food or drinks are served or in wellness areas (swimming pool). • Cleaning service is available for an additional fee of EUR 50 (includes changing of sheets and towels). • A damage deposit of EUR 150 will be required upon arrival. It will be done by credit card. It will be returned to you upon check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded by credit card once the accommodation has been reviewed. • Important: Expired identification documents will not be accepted. • Upon arrival at reception, we will request your credit card number as a guarantee for your reservation. This information will be handled with the utmost confidentiality and in accordance with all current data protection regulations. • Please note that the shuttle service to the beach by *trenecito* is ONLY available from June 15 to September 15.

La zona de la piscina estaba muy bien.

El apartamento, menaje muy pobre, justo para una familia, faltan muchas cosas esenciales la cama pequeña muy incomoda, el sofá cama pésimo, el cuarto d baño muy antiguo y abandonado, las paredes del baño con humedades cerca de los enchufes, el apartamento en general bastante dejado , para el precio final . He viajado mucho con Booking y este sin duda ha sido el peor

La terraza del apartamento, al ser un bajo era muy grande. La piscina, grande, limpia y las zonas de césped genial para los niños

La situación, muy lejos de la playa para ir con niños pequeños y no tienes nada cerca. La cocina muy pequeña y poco espacio para cocinar

"Vacaciones en familia"

Lo que más nos gustó fue la piscina ..muy grande y limpia con muchas hamacas libres, socorristas muy amables. El apartamento también era grande con vistas a la piscina,camas muy cómodas y aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones. La cocina con todo lo necesario para cocinar. Fuimos en agosto y había aparcamiento por la zona sin necesidad de pagar. Playas tranquilas sin masificación de gente ..fácil aparcamiento en plena playa. A tan solo 25 min de roquetas de mar que hay bastante más ambiente que en Almerimar

El apartamento estaba sucio ...el baño con muchos pelos y poco aseo,además faltaba un mueble o estantes para poner lo necesario del neceser..lo teníamos que poner todo en el lavabo o la repisa de la bañera La ubicación , todo muy lejos,había que coger el coche para todo ...tiendas ,playas ,Mercadona,ir al puerto... La cocina nos dejaron un mini kit para fregar y solo 1 bolsa de basura, estuvimos 5 días,4 personas y tuvimos que comprar Fairy y bolsas de basura. Pone que hay internet de alta velocidad y no es cierto..no tienen internet. Además pone en que hay tren turístico que te lleva a la playa y tampoco lo tienen,deberian actualizar la información.
