I booked my room based on WWW.BOOKING.COM saying that we can book and pay at property. I flew for 4 hours and upon reaching there at 8 pm, I get to know that there is no room as I didn't reconfirm!!!!!!!!! I never ever knew that i needed to reconfirm... My humble request, if we can't trust sites like booking.com, high time to think otherwise! Don't plan your trip based km such ridiculous properties or sites!

Rooms are spacious . Even though we had issues with Tap and Geyser, Prem ( who manages guest ) was able to fix and replace broken pipes within a day. Support staff of Prem was also very helpful.

They could have checked taps and geyser before guest arrive.
