Great location at the port. Easy access to the old town. Big apartment, clean, modern and as advertised.

Possibly the most uncomfortable bed and pillows in the world. Also we kept banging our shins on the bed frame. And the blinds in the living room need repair.

The location has pros and cons - it's convenient as it's at the port, but there's a lot of noise coming from the outdoor club next door. The flat is big and the amenities are of good quality.

One of the most important factors for me when choosing a flat to rent was AIR CONDITIONING — unfortunately, this flat DOES NOT HAVE IT IN ANY OF THE BEDROOMS. There is only one unit in the living room. When I raised the issue, the staff were DISMISSIVE. At first, they claimed there was air conditioning in the rooms (!), then suggested the living room unit would suffice and offered to “check later” to see if the flat felt cool enough. Eventually, they referred me to the manager, who advised contacting Booking.com. Given the high cost of the flat, this experience was extremely disappointing. The listing is MISLEADING — it clearly states that the rooms are air-conditioned. To make matters worse, there is loud noise from nearby parties, so you’re left with a difficult choice: either keep the windows closed and struggle in the heat, or open them and be kept awake by the noise.

Wonderful front desk support. Ms. Eva helped carry our bags and get us situated. When there was an issue with the fridge, she had it fixed immediately. The apartment is several enormous rooms and cavernous bathrooms. The daily cleaning was a welcome change from the typical apartment experience. Also, the best gelato in town is just downstairs.

Some features were a little dated & for the price we were expecting a little more. The down side to being in the heart of everything was the noise from the nearby night club.

It was very centrally located with view of the boats. Considering it’s location it was very quiet inside as the shutters and windows cut out all noise. The appartement is huge and has parking, which although is a short walk away is a huge benefit. It had all you needed and staff were friendly.

Ideally the shutters would have been left shut before we arrived to stop heat building up in the height of summer as the aircon didn’t quite reach the bedrooms as well as I hoped. It had fans though.

This apartment is located right at the waterfront and there is short distance to cafes, restaurants and shops. There is a free parking space for guests right next to Hotel Centre Nautique. Parking is a mess in Bonifacio so this is a really nice advantage. There is swimming pool that can be used, but this is at third location (!): Hotel Genovese which is up in the citadelle.

It would be nice if the description was a bit clearer: the check in to get the keys is at Hotel Centre Nautique (where the parking is). The apartments are on the other side of the port and there is a couple of 100 meters to walk. Our rooms where on 3rd (or maybe 4th) floor and there is no elevator. Which means that the luggage have to be carried quite a distance. The apartment is kind of long and with only one window out to the nice port. As others have pointed out, the main bathroom is in on of the bedrooms with no door separating them. There is no dishwasher. And as mentioned the swimming pool is in a third location (Hotel Genovese). Unstable wifi.
