"Facilities not well maintained"

Kitchen well equipped. Spacious. Quick response to our problems.

The hair dryer was broken, a small piece of plastic flew out and almost hurt my face. The toaster also not working, the lever kept bouncing up and I had to hold it with my hand. The drainage of shower was blocked. I wonder how frequent they clean up.

There was no toilet paper and it was a little confusing getting in. I did not like that there was no one on staff when I got there. The self serve process is not great.
