"They cancelled my booking literally 4 hours before my arrival, leaving me with no place to stay."

I didn't get to stay

I had booked an overnight stay months ago, citing that my arrival time would be 9pm to which Hotel Marina agreed. Five hours before my arrival, I had gotten an email asking me to confirm If I will be arriving or not. I was in the PLANE at that time and could not answer. I call them shortly after my arrival, at 8pm, to find out they had CANCELLED my stay due to my lack of a response. Absolute apathy from the clerk in the front desk. Absolute idiocy regarding stay policy, completely unreasonable and irrational with me as a customer. They offered no solution, of course they were fully booked out, and so were almost all other hotels in Bucharest. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, THEY ARE SCAMMERS.
