Clean room comfortable

Bit hard to find

Good value for money, simple but everything I needed, even a shared kitchen. Room was a good size (I stayed in the Queen's Suite), and great to have a fridge in the room. Everything was perfectly clean. Nice area, lots of cafes, restaurants and shops around.

Entrance is through a little alleyway via a gate to the back of the house. It is a bit dark at night. However, the area seems fine and safe, so it was not an issue for me, but might be good to mention.

The place was decent. Its clean. The location is good as it is near the train station. It is also near Sainsbury's local so thats a big convenience. They have communal kitchen with microwave, oven, and kettle. They are providing make your own coffee, also sugar and tea. They provided 2 bottles of water upon arrival. They have the TV and you can watch Netflix. Internet is good. I was able to bring my laptop and connect to their wifi. The owner also called a friend to help me bring my luggage upstairs. Thats a thoughtful gesture.

The water on the sink doesn't drain fast. Thats my only complaint.

Location was near to train station and 20 minute walk to central Cambridge. Room was clean

Entrance was down an alley at the back of the property. Rooms were located above a take away shop which was not mentioned in the description. Only one bath towel provided for 2 of us. Only one very thin pillow each on bed. Made sleeping uncomfortable. Although there was a shared kitchen there was no tea, coffe or milk provided so we could not have a hot drink. Didn’t like that the online description did not match the reality.

Great location to town

I didn't like anything about this place. There is nothing positive to say apart from the bed was quite comfy if you like it rock hard!

This was nothing like described on your site. A bath is listed - there was only a filthy shower. There is a picture of a kitchen on the site implying it is within the room - nowhere does it say there is a communal kitchen. There is no way I would have booked it if it had said it was a shared space. The fridge that IS in the room was filthy too and obviously hadn't been cleaned in a while. It also says there is soundproofing - this is a total lie. The walls are paper thin and a I spent a good hour listening to someone's phone conversation in the next room. The washing machine is also next to the room and is SO loud! As far as security goes, there is a locked door in an alley behind the property. Once you have entered you climb an exterior staircase which leads to a door which has no lock, which is the entry to the accommodation. At one point I saw a member of staff leave the kitchen area (the room is above a restaurant) and leave the premises, leaving the door open. Anybody can then access the property from the street. At one point in my stay someone tried to open my door - it was like a scary movie. I felt totally unsafe here and checked out after day 2 of a 4 day stay. When I gave reasons for leaving early, the proprietor tried to deny the filth. I sent him pictures - never heard from him again of course. It's all very well Booking.com saying they don't vet the properties - how can we trust what is being written on their site?

The most convenient location in Cambridge, confortable on suite room with shared kitchen, easy check in and out.

Needs a bit of TLC.
