Island Getaway

Property was in a good location. Easy to access the beach, stores, and restaurants. The room itself was very clean and nicely decorated. In addition the room was very spacious.

The pool was a bit small but that was okay.

The view from the condo is nice and the grounds are gorgeous. Easy access to attractions and close to all the restaurants. Really nice to have a Wal-Mart so close by!

Our living room cable box was out and we never received one so we only had a bedroom tv available. The gentleman at the initial office check in was rude and the condo was hit and miss on cleaning. The patio door sticks so badly that we had to leave it open a little to be able to use the balcony.

Everything! Location, ease of getting in through gate and condo! Quick registration at check in time! Gorgeous view of the ocean😍.

Registered with 2 adults and 2 16y/o boys but there was only 2 towels, 2 hand towels and 2 wash cloths. We used our beach towels after showering.

View, large pool was very nice, grounds are well kept- landscaped nicely and clean.

Wrong name of property! Was not informed each condo is independently owned and renamed by owners. NO direct contact phone numbers! Inconsiderate and poor communication. All wrong codes for gates and door keys. Took an hour to troubleshoot with office and get in. Very frustrating and exhausting. Please care and Update with correct info.

The Hosts were responsive and welcoming. Location was exactly if not better than pictures. Everything you need to be at a home away from home.

The welcome book which gives you the wi fi username, remote control instructions etc…. Was hidden in a drawer. Suggest leaving it on table.

Excellent location. Beautiful view. Comfortable condo. The owners were kind to let us in early after getting off our cruise ship. It was very COLD in Galveston.

The lamps on each side of the couch didn’t work. The sink in the bathroom drained very slowly.

Location was amazing.

Both pools and hot tub were broken
