Intimate, big garden, quiet place

The map on booking is lying. Check on google maps where the location actually is. You have to walk around 12 minutes to a smaller more private beach and 15-20 minutes to get to the center of the city. We stayed in a room that was at the ground floor and unfortunately we had to kill lots of spiders and bugs. Some even climbed on our clothes. Only a small window in the room. Also, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, you can feel the bed springs. The bathroom was very small.

The staff were very friendly and kind.

I paid for a room with pool view and balcony and they give me a basement without even a window. The location of the house is not where appears in the map of the booking (fraud) it’s 2 km far away in the middle of the nowhere, somewhere in the fields. There are many insects and spiders (check the images) that we had to face every day and night, that was difficult and dangerous for our little children. The furniture was broken. Even though I paid 140€ per night it does not worth even 20€. We ask for another room and they said no. The parking for the car was an olive field. It was the worst experience ever.

The room which we reserved was completely different from the photos on Booking. We were given a different room. The room next to us had complained about same thing. While the room we reserved appeared to be on the top floor with a pool view and a balcony conditions on booking choice, we were given a basement room at the back, overlooking the pool. We realized we've been scammed. There are around 10-12 rooms in total, and although the rooms are shown with balconies and pool views in the photos and booking room selections, only certain rooms have these conditions. Also we had to deal with scary spiders every day in our room on the garden floor. There were no tools like sponges or dishwashing detergent in the kitchen.
