Excelente localização. A vista mar do 7⁰ andar é magnifica. Um agradecimento especial a toda a equipa do restaurante e bar. Todos muito simpáticos e atenciosos. Excelente serviço de limpeza.

O jacuzzi não funcionava.

* Friendly and helpful staff. * Comfortable accommodation with a kitchenette in the room. * Breakfast and dinner were included, and the food quality was good. Don’t expect Michelin-star dining, but the food is enjoyable and offers good variety. * The hotel offers good value for money, especially at rates around €200–250 per night with breakfast and dinner included. The area hotels are in same rate just with BB. * We visited during the week, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, with no crowds. * A fully equipped gym with everything needed for a good workout. * We were initially a bit concerned after reading some previous reviews, but our experience was much better than expected. Recommended for a long weekend or a 3-day getaway if you’re looking for peace and relaxation, with a beautiful, clean beach area. During weekdays in June, the area was uncrowded and very peaceful.

What could be improved * Some outdoor areas, such as a few pool tiles and parts of the lawn, could benefit from additional maintenance. Given the hotel’s five-star rating, these details would further enhance the overall experience. * Guests expecting the level of luxury and service of top international brands may find the positioning different, but for its price range the hotel delivers a pleasant stay. * The surrounding Troia area has limited dining, café and leisure options outside the resort. A broader and more modern local offering would make the destination even more attractive.

Quarto espaçoso

Na recepção não prestam informação, desconhecem como se passa se perguntamos algo, não tem formação no sistema e demoram uma eternidade para fazer Check in e Check out. As piscinas estão mal cuidadas e a das crianças fora de serviço sem informação prévia, jacuzzi também fora de serviço. No geral a necessitar de muita manutenção. Não cativa o cliente a passar mais tempo no hotel.

É a parte das piscinas um pouco deteriorada.as sombrinhas de sol tb nao estavam em condições nao ficava bonito...e a piscina das criancas esteve sempre despejada todos os dias da estadia.as cruancas nao puderam usofruir....a relva tb em mau estado....

O facto de ter fogão e loiça facilita muito para quem tem bebés como nós. A vista era incrível.

A piscina infantil estava vazia. Quando chegámos uma grelha na janela fazia um barulho horrível! Avisámos a receção que prontificou-se a enviar um elemento da manutenção, mas quem nos resolveu de imediato o problema (com fita cola) foi o rapaz que nos ajudou a levar as malas até ao quarto. O jacuzi estava também encerrado. No geral havia algumas coisas que pareciam pouco cuidadas. O restaurante é bom mas não tem muita variedade.
