lovely peaceful garden-like refuge in the middle of downtown. owners are great. kitchen facilities were appreciated.

This is not a ‘hotel’ and should not use ‘hotel’ in its name. It’s damp, dark, cold and worn out. Cold and draughty room with embedded stale smell. Pillows and bed clothes smell of previous occupants. Sheets thin with hole and too small for bed. Unfriendly staff. No attention to room. Toilet bin not emptied. Blankets for curtains to close off view from ‘hostel’ kitchen not fit for purpose. Bathroom tiny, old, worn. No sound proofing between rooms, especially from bathroom.

The location and room were great. The staff was friendly and helpful. We don't speak Spanish and they were patient with our attempts at communicating.

The only downside was we had saved just the right amount of cash to pay the bill based on what booking.com said the room would cost, we did not anticipate tax (no other purchases we made were taxed) so we ended up being short on cash for our taxi.

Great set up for families with the loft area upstairs, great location code to restaurants, etc.

Friendly staff. I liked the location. I liked the size of the room and the gardens were a nice addition.

The walls are paper thin so we heard the next-door guest all day. It literally sounded like they were upstairs in our room. They came in drunk at 3 a.m and kept us up for the next few hours.

It is located in a calm but centric street... very close to everything!

The property is set back from the street so I was not annoyed by street noise as has often been the case in this country. Bed was comfortable and I slept very well. Filtered water was available. Place is very close to hot springs, restaurants, ATMs, shopping, street food.

All was good.
