Really nice place and sweet staff. Would go again

Very quiet and peaceful

I chose the location as it is close to everything but away from the main road. It is a wonderful haven with many birds and greenery and the pool is wonderful. It has a vegan restaurant at the end of the gang. The staff were very friendly.

Unfortunately other guests woke me up at 5:30 as they were drinking vodka in the pool and playing loud music. The one women’s consistent drunken laugh made me go for breakfast at 7am. Management did speak to them once I complained and they did tone it down a little. Fortunately the fan in the bathroom did wonders in drowning out their noise for the rest of my stay.

The worst hotel service I’ve ever experienced. When we were checking out, they aggressively demanded $20 for the minibar—even though our friend was still staying in the room. They insisted on cash only, physically attacked us, bruised my arm, and forcibly pulled us out of the taxi, making us late. Absolutely unacceptable behavior.

Close to the beach, friendly staff, close to some cool bars (Zin)

The room I had was small, I mean the bed is like 85% of the space. The toilet didn't flush, it was just that typical "shower" of theirs that you could use to flush the toilet. Had to use a vase instead of a bucket to flush the toilet.
