The location, room size and air-conditioning was perfect. Hygiene was immaculate. The toiletries were absolutely amazing!

I'm a big guy and the toilet seat was a but crammy for me as the shower panel is pretty close to the seat making it tough to go through one's business. Also I'd be grateful if you would add a clothes washer/dryer in the bigger rooms. You cant take kids and not end up with a pile of dirty laundry 😊

Our stay at this hotel was truly enjoyable. The location was exceptionally convenient — with restaurants, a flower shop, and a bakery right in the same building, plus a supermarket and pharmacy just a short walk away. It made everything we needed easily accessible and added real comfort to our stay. The flat itself was clean, well‑kept, and comfortable, providing a relaxing space to unwind. We appreciated the attention to cleanliness and the overall pleasant setup. Most importantly, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and very accommodating throughout our stay. Their positive attitude and helpfulness made a noticeable difference and contributed greatly to our overall experience. Overall, this hotel offers a great combination of convenience, comfort, and excellent service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Dammam.
