اول شي الاستقبال سيي جداً وفوق ذا النظافه سيئه دخلنا حصلنا ع المفرش دم وفوق ذا الهندي زعلان غيرو لنا الغرفه وكاتبين شامل الفطور وعبالي بوفيه كالمعتاد يقول لا الساعه 8:30 والفطور فطيره بيض فقط !!!! سلامات بالبوكنق المبلغ 177 شامل الافطار لما وصلت قالوا لا ب 209 يلا بسيطه لكن لا فطور ولا نظافه ولا استقبال سيي جداً غير صوت المكيف موقعه بالنسيم

"Bad and sad stay"

Nothing, poor service

Very poor service, they charged me for the BREAKFAST for three people, then they say breakfast is only after 8 in the morning, while I have to be in the airport at 7 am, all hotels and respected staff will serve breakfast from 6 am as in Dubai, Riyadh and Doha, I complain to BOOKING.COM unfortunately no response from anyone, I will consider to delete my account in this useless application, I need a refund immediately for they breakfast that never served.
