Beds were comfortable and lounge comfortable.

The kerb appeal was awful .Full of dead plants and dirty. Entrance hall was full of dirt .shower room In quite a bad state of repair . Overall a neglected property.

"Don't give them a deposit"

the property was clean and comfortable

They sent repeated requests for a safety deposit . I paid it but they then didn't refund me. I only noticed weeks later. They said it was because they didn't have my details but They didnt try to contact me in all that time.Such a contrast to the efforts they made to get a deposit in the first place.
