Целый час не могли открыть дверь в номер, код который прислали не открывал дверь. На телефон отвечает интеллект, не человек. Спустя час прислали другой код , тогда только дверь открылась. Reception как такового нету. Душ вообще ужас. Воду не отрегулировать, то холодная, то горячая. Шампуня нет, гель для душа нет. Номер 0001.😡
