Location

Have bug problem( cockroaches) in bathroom of the adjoining room Carpet in bedroom have stains. Unfortunately wasnt able to take picture as proof

The room is so spacious that exceeded my expectation.

The rooms are quite dark due to limited natural light from windows facing building walls. The location is also less than ideal, as it is in a high-traffic area.

I am writing to share my disappointment regarding my recent stay in one of your Premier Rooms. Considering the premium price paid, I felt the value provided was insufficient for several reasons: Room Condition: The room did not reflect the photos advertised on your website. The carpets and light switches are significantly outdated. Lack of Convenience: The carpet is aged and the lighting system is archaic. Having to walk across the room to toggle individual switches because there is no central control is unacceptable for a "Premier" category. The TV is outdated too. It is not smart tv ready. Maintenance Issues: Our reading lamp was broken. When reported, the solution offered was a standing lamp rather than a proper fix or a room transfer. Missing Amenities: There were no welcome amenities, such as fruits, which are standard for this room category. I chose Discovery Suites based on your reputation, but the current state of the facilities suggests a need for urgent refurbishment. I hope this feedback is taken constructively to improve the guest experience.

We celebrated my mom’s 60th birthday in their three-bedroom unit, and it was a lovely staycation. The place was huge, clean, and well-lit, with plenty of space for our family of six plus a baby. The kitchen was well-equipped and complete enough for us to cook steak and pasta. The location was also a big plus right in front of Podium Mall and centrally located in the Ortigas area. As a bonus note, we initially had some trouble with the coffee machine and were almost charged for “damage.” Thankfully, it turned out to be just a placement issue that needed checking. The front desk staff kindly assisted us and made sure everything was properly checked before any charges were made. It turned out to be completely fine. I unfortunately didn’t catch his name, but his help was truly appreciated.

Staff were not friendly. They made mistakes with our parking pass and had us pay extra.
