Hara Studios and Apartments

The views from this property are truly spectacular and far better than the photos or existing reviews suggest. The apartment is spacious, the beds are very comfortable, and the location is excellent, with supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, and the port all conveniently located nearby.

However, there are several aspects of the property that prospective guests should be aware of. Access involves multiple steep staircases, including approximately 55 steep steps between the property and the main street, which may be challenging for guests with mobility issues, young children, or heavy luggage. The bathrooms were the biggest disappointment. They are outdated and, in some cases, not fully functional. One bathroom was dark, poorly ventilated, and lacked privacy, with its only window opening onto a frequently used staircase. The absence of a shower curtain and shower holder meant the entire bathroom became soaked when used, making it difficult to enjoy a proper shower. Unfortunately, these issues were not resolved during our stay. Cleanliness and maintenance also require attention. The bathrooms and air-conditioning units showed signs of mould, and the air conditioners emitted a noticeable musty smell. The kitchen was basic and functional but felt tired and in need of updating. After arriving following nearly 30 hours of international travel, it would also have been appreciated to find a few simple welcome essentials, such as bottled water and some coffee sachets, while getting our bearings. Privacy and noise were additional concerns, as bedroom doors open onto shared outdoor areas used by neighbouring guests, making noise from other occupants quite noticeable. While the owners were polite and receptive to feedback, no practical solutions were offered during our stay. Despite these shortcomings, the beauty of the island meant we spent most of our six days exploring or enjoying the incredible views from the balcony. While the scenery alone is enough to create wonderful memories, the condition and functionality of the facilities would unfortunately prevent us from booking this property again. Having stayed elsewhere on the island previously, I would likely choose alternative accommodation on my next visit.

We enjoyed the view from the property and the functional kitchen area. The outside area had great space for hanging washing and chilling to watch the sunset. Comfy bed and cleaned well regularly.

Steps up to the property were very steep and a bit out of town but nothing against the property itself

We enjoyed our stay here as it was very close to the main square of Paros in Naoussa, about a 5 minute walk to the bars and restaurants ect. The room was fine with everything you need. The only thing it lacked was a pool. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and I would definitely recommend.

A localização, e a vista para a praia. Quarto espaçoso com Kitchenette de apoio. Mudam as toalhas e arrumam o quarto todos os dias.

Não ter cortina no chuveiro. Tinha poucos utensílios de cozinha.

Rent og med fantastisk utsikt over stranden, kort vei til byen. Ta med gode sko det er mye trapper og bratte bakker. Dessverre så var stranden meget full av søppel og havet føltes skittent. Mange båter som ligger der lenge, følte jeg badet i urent vann. Penere og rene strender et stykke unna.

Lite kommunikasjon under oppholdet. Og alt for lite utstyr på kjøkkenet. Savnet kokeplate og kjele/stekepanne.
