The kitchen appliances were of a good quality.

This was not an hotel. Advert was completely misleading. It comprised of four rooms (suites) with kitchenette and shower and beds. No reception area . They should also have specified there were no windows to the outside, and no access to fresh air for all ‘suites’. We had to keep the aircon on for fresh air. There was a foul smell from the drain in the shower. The worst were the beds. We had requested a double bed but there were two single beds individually made up but pushed together. But the mattresses were soft and unstable, as if they were blown up, to the extent that when we slept on the edge of the beds, we slipped off it onto the floor. The first night this happened to my husband, he complained via the call centre. He did a follow up call about two hours later, and was told that the owner was at the store buying a mattress. When we returned that night, no new mattress, just the same beds with one larger fitted sheet. No explanation was received. The mattresses still moved to the side of the bed and remained unstable and I slipped off the following night. We had travelled 11 hrs to this accommodation, spent a lot of money on the accommodation, and simply couldn’t afford to cancel and find other accommodation as we had come to the North Sea Jazz festival for the weekend. It should not be advertised on your website. We had previously stayed at the Marriot Hotel and Premier Suites in the area, and had high expectation, especially as the rates were the same as the Premier Suites.

The family room (with two beds) is quite dark, with few lighters and no natural light at all. The room is separated from the lobby only by plastic windows, therefore the soundproofing is 0. We stayed there with my family including the child and grandmother, and all two nights we couldn’t sleep because of the noise in the lobby. But the most annoying is that the windows are not covered by curtains, but only by jalousie. So not only the light leaks out of the lobby 24/7 that you’re not able to sleep at night, but also the room is quite visible from outside. Summarizing, I wouldn’t recommend this place to families.

The room was exceptionally clean. Kitchen was fully equipped, bathroom was clean and spacious.

Some functions on the Television Remote does not react.
