Room rates include accommodation, bath linen (1 large towel and 1 small towel), household linen (kitchen towel and bath mat), bed linen, a cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning (except for the kitchen area and dishes), TV, as well as all taxes and fees (except tourist tax). The reception is located in the Saskia Falaise building. After booking, guests may request the location of their accommodation by contacting the residence directly. Location preferences are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge. In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid within the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Please note that any modification may incur additional charges. A credit card is the only accepted method of payment. A credit card pre-authorization of €300 (VISA or MASTERCARD) will be requested upon arrival. To save time during check-in, guests are encouraged to complete their registration via their Pierre & Vacances customer account in advance. Parking is available at the resort entrance. Please note that the residence does not have its own parking facilities. Parking must be reserved directly via the following website: www.avoriazparkings.com , as the resort is entirely pedestrian. For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation. WiFi is available free of charge in all apartments.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
