Heart of Branson

It was very clean and cozy. It came with all the kitchen necessities needed to cook and bake. Our children loved that part. My husband woke up each morning to the coffee nook area. The balcony was a great addition. The location to the pool was perfect. The location was extremely close to all the entertainment. What a treat!

We did not have anything negative to say.

The condo was very beautiful. My family and I had a great time, my oldest son was made use of the gym 🤙👊. We tried our best to leave the condo the same way when we first walked in, overall I would recommend to people that they would enjoy themselves at Heart of Branson 🤗

Unit had lots of room and a nice pool

Very clean and comfortable. Close to everything. We were able to get to most destinations without using 76 very much.

Only issues were that the bed in the master bedroom was not very comfortable at all, and the water pressure in the shower was pretty weak. Otherwise everything else was great.

Was our first time and unfamiliar with how the doors worked. Didn't know that you didn't need to check in anywhere. Just a learning experience

Beautiful place and a great location. Saw lots of wildlife right from the balcony.

The beds were super uncomfortable, I slept on the loveseat instead of the kingsize bed. The coffee pot didn't have the right pieces to make a full pot of coffee (not good for a coffee lover). The Keurig was weird. The coffee grounds go everywhere. The back door didn't lock, but ok, it is on the second floor. The jets in the tub didn't work, and the water didn't get very hot. Found several things that didn't look like they were clean and random hairs everywhere, including in the kitchen and the little coffee/bar closet. The pool code that was given wasn't the correct code. We waited for about 30 mins to get a code from another guest, texted, and called my host, but didn't get a response for an hour or so. It would have been nice to have a small table on the balcony for having coffee or drinks instead of so many chairs.
