Hidden of Cailan Family Room

Absolutely stunning rooms, so spacious and beautifully designed. Bathroom was super clean, toiletries provided, lots of coffee and tea options, lovely views, staff were so very kind and accomodating... enjoyed every bit of our 3-night stay!

We liked that the location was away from the bustle and noise of El Nido proper. We appreciated the free pick-up from the van terminal and the tuk-tuk transport to and from the beach at the edge of El Nido proper that was usually available when we needed it. The drivers were especially helpful the morning we left. High tide prevented them from being able to drive us to the transportation terminal, but they drove as far as they could and then carried our luggage from the beach, through the surf and to the street where we caught a tricycle. The apartment was nicely decorated, clean, and the bed was comfortable. We appreciated having a fridge and the availability of clean towels, bed linen and cleaning if/when we needed it. We appreciated being able to stay for an additional night when our ferry to Coron was cancelled. Everyone we dealt with at the facility was kind and helpful.

Joy was very helpful for the most part but sometimes she didn't reply for extended periods of time. Perhaps there was a connectivity issue with What's App? The only big complaint we have is that the window above the extra bed/mattress on the floor has no glass...it is covered with boards made to look like decorations, but there are cracks between the slats that allowed mosquitoes, lizards and misc. bugs into the room, which was very disturbing. We appreciated the willingness of the host to allow us to move to another apartment but ultimately decided to stay and covered the window with a sheet we were given. THE WINDOW NEEDS TO BE FIXED AND HAVE GLASS ADDED! Other than that, the only other thing is a suggestion to get rid of the shag bathroom rugs and toilet cover...these are unsanitary and gross. We appreciated that a towel rug was provided upon request. Another suggestion would be to replace the colored light bulbs with regular/clear ones to give better lighting.

the apartment/accommodation were artistically designed. I love the ambience. I was able to rest and get a good night sleep after a whole day of island tour and the hustling & bustling in the town proper. The staff were very helpful and efficient. The owners are very approachable, kind and hospitable. Thank you.

Everything was wonderful. We had the family room and it was very clean and comfortable. Nicely decorated and the hosts were very accommodating. We liked that we pretty much had a private Tuk Tuk driver to take us to town when we needed a ride. They also dropped us off to the airport for free even after we already checked out from their hotel to stay at another. Just tipped the drivers for their trouble in figuring out how to fit our luggage in the 2 Tuk Tuks (we had a lot! 😂) My family really enjoyed El Nido and will definitely stay here again when we come back. They also had good prices on the Island Hoping Tours which we took a private one. Also rented a couple scooters to drive around from them. It was a wonderful experience!

The staff, everything was clean, and also the amenities. And the decorations.

The fact that the wifi stopped 4 times. We don’t have hot water and electricity 5 times. The water stop one time and also the toilet was not working the last day. So we were really disappointed. Even if it was the fault of the typhon. The fact that the water stop one time is not normal.

I really love the service of the hotel. Staff was very nice and kind . I really enjoyed my stay

Stayed in a room for 4 which was big, comfy, and exquisitely designed. Amenities were at par with 5-star hotels. Last but not the least was the friendly and ever accomodating owner. Kudos Jo.

Nothing that i can think of. Everything exceeded our expectations 😊
