LUMIS TOURANE Hotel

Bed was the comfiest of our trip so far, lovely staff and very clean room. Also great location if you want to be away from the major tourist area.

I booked a room , they confirmed it , but I got a message the next morning just when I should go to the hotel , that they overbooked and I should cancel my booking

2 nights in Feb 2025: My BEST hotel experience in nearly 4 weeks in Vietnam. And my first SOFT and comfortable bed. A large QUIET room on the fifth floor with all comforts provided including a BIG smart TV. AU$16. Spotlessly clean throughout. Only 10 minutes walk to the esplanade and beach.. Eat at Ta Hi Garden restaurant just around the corner. Great food and cheap. I wish I could have stayed longer but need a new visa so may return for a week.

Everything PERFECT!

Beds were very comfortable (not hard!). Nice hot shower.

The wifi was horrible (essentially not functional). We just used data the whole time. There were some hairs on the bath towels. Even though it said non smoking we kept getting drafts of smoke smells in the room (coming from down the hall).

A very comfortable bed, good shower. The girl at reception was helpful with the explanation how to get to Hoi An. Overall, good for the price.

Both towels had big stains.. I know they were washed and it's just the color that remained, but the whole point of hiving them white is to prove they are exceptionally clean. If they are not, they have to be changed. If you can't maintain this level, just use darker towels. The sink was leaking. There is no soundproof and on the roof (i was at the last floor) something (probably a pump) was working the whole time loudly. And it was a bit too much involvement into the life of people having sex on my floor (and I don't blame them, but the walls).

new big and bright rooms, a quiet location where motorbikes and road noise don't disturb your sleep in the morning. a great place for this money

Property was in a fairly good location close to both the beach and tourist areas like the Dragon bridge (10-15 minute walk to either). Staff were very friendly and helpful and were always there to say hello and check if I needed anything. Happy to recommend the hotel as I would stay there again if I come back to Da Nang

Hotel is 3 stars so it does not have all the amenities that you would get from a 5 star but the price in the rooms reflects this difference. Would be nice to get breakfast but there are a few good coffee shops close to the hotel that you can go to once you know the area better.

Dirty room, towels and sheets with stains. There was a little noise from other residents, but tolerable

Welcoming staff and a great budget hotel. Hot water, AC, fridge worked perfectly and the location was ok, 10min to the beach and 20 to the Dragon Bridge.
