Lira Holiday Apartments

It is NOT suitable for five adults which wasn’t disclosed before payment. When we arrived there was one double bed and one sofa bed, and only three towels. Again, we booked for 5 adults. Plus, the shower was disgusting, smelly, the bathroom floor was sticky. It’s a pity because otherwise the apartment is nice and the location is good.

The location was good, close to the center of town.

The apartment was not prepared for us, the beds were not laid, we had to put on the linen, we were 5 person and only 2-3 towels were left out to use. When we asked for one more set of linen we were given the side eye. We could check in only at 3 pm, not before. The place was not very clean, the bathroom smelled of sewer, and the shower had mold. The kitchen was missing paper towels.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location, quaiet and peaceful. Shopping Plaza and shops in a walking distance. Many thanks.

The location is very good, close to the city centre. The building and all facilities are new. The apartament is very spacious, decorated tastefully, and you have all the necessary appliances: washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, air conditioning, toaster, electric kettle, thermostat, TV, WiFi.

The bed in the bedroom is very poor quality, at your slightest move, it feels like it will fall apart. Same with the sofa bed in the living room, its opening mechanism is broken, and the sharp metal edges can scratch you if you're not careful. We received only 2 towels for 3 people. Every time we opened the apartment door, it made a very strange sound, and it felt like the whole building was shaking.

It is the second time we visit and unfortunately, the lack of cleanness persisted. Will not give details but would advise to change the cleaning service.

We didn’t find coffee to make a morning coffee but it’s ok no problem
