Spacious rooms, good food, nice bakery, good massage , nice crew, very enthusiastic and helpful Concierge, like Mr. Taufik ( he calls himself Mr Macho -haha) , nice location, complete with bar and ATM machine

The cutlery, glasses etc at the pantry were not clean At busy moments you are in the same queue as the guests that come for check in , pity there is no separate lane for guests with other needs & questions. As it took 1,5 hour to wait.

I booked 3 rooms of a three bedroom deluxe suite. One of the suite room isn't prepared (electricity not turned on), after I asked the staff to help me he gave me a smirk after he turned the electricity on which makes me look stupid like someone doesn't understand how to turn on the electricity panel even though he said informal "sorry" at the end. And the pool is closed in the morning (Jan 11th 2025) meanwhile the announcement said it will be closed at 2.30 PM.
