Bardzo dobre śniadanie, pokój był czysty i zadbany. Cisza i spokój.

Lepsza jakość wifi, śniadanie powinno być minimum od 7:00 ponieważ teraz bardzo późno wychodzi się na szlak.

Pyszne śniadania, produkty świeże bardzo dobrej jakości. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra do centrum pieszo jakieś 20 min. Szlak na Śnieżkę blisko hotelu, Karpacz jak i góry bardzo piękne.

Basen trochę za zimny ale jak się posiedziało dłużej to dawało radę

Obsługa i śniadanie to najwyższa jakość. Basen przyjemny z widokiem na świerki. Cudnie.

Poduszki, sorry tak zmęczonych poduszek to już dawno w żadnym hotelu na świecie nie spotkałem .Oświetlenie i ogólnie klimat strefy spa pozostawia wiele do życzenia,.a wystarczyloby dać kilka ładnie świecących żarówek jak choćby w sali śniadaniowej, byłoby całkiem przyjemnie. Zimne światło lampki w pokoju i mikroskopijny telewizor to już mniej ważne minusy.
