surroundings, nearby lake, in the middle of forests and next to the main road, bus stop nearby, car parking is just right in front of the building.

There should be better rules for the guests due to the common kitchen and living room. At late night around 11pm we couldnt sleep because of a guest opening loud speaker to speak with someone on the phone while he was cooking with a lot of noise. Someone had to get out to remind him. Provided the guests behave better due to rules set out by the accommodation, this property is nice.
