Terrible Stay – Misleading Listing & Unacceptable Host Behavior This was one of the worst stays we’ve experienced, especially considering the price (₱9,000 6000+3000 guest fee), which is even higher than hotel offering far better quality. Cleaning charges of 800 will be another shocker at the Booking checkout screen (after all you searches for a better accommodation) The issues started immediately: The room quality was very poor, with cheap mattresses that made sleeping uncomfortable. There was no proper drinking water provided. The toilet water was muddy and clearly unhygienic. Do not expect good bed lenin, worn off and marks, though we did nto use the knife its rusted too. The listing itself is misleading: It is advertised as “beachfront,” which is completely untrue. It is nowhere near the beach. At the very least, the owner should be honest like others who clearly mention the actual distance (e.g., 200–500 meters away). The guest fee of ₱1,500 per person is not clearly stated—it's hidden in one of the pictures instead of being transparently disclosed. The worst part was the host’s behavior: We initially booked for two people and planned to book additional accommodation for my 12-year-old son and mother-in-law nearby. However, when we arrived we had to contact he owner for booking confirmation at the main gate, back an forth messages too an hour and at around 4 PM we manged to get to the condo, My son and mom were not even allowed to enter the property—not even to sit or have lunch while we sorted things out. This felt extremely unreasonable and inhumane. A basic level of hospitality and flexibility was completely missing. To make matters worse, a hotel within the same premises was available for around ₱6,800 and offered a much more comfortable, luxury experience with proper beach access. Please book a hotel instead of this hell hole condo

Friendly staff. Thank you for providing complete cook sets and pans. All the appliances are in good working condition. Complete towels and the balcony is clean.

Room smell a bit unpleasant. Clean the toilet bowl and it should be sparkling white. The bed has some sands. Bed sheets smells like its not newly washed. No wifi.

Surroundings are beautiful, beach and swimming pools are at the top, restaurants are ok but a little expensive

Far and isolated from the world. It could be fine but anyway during holiday period it is crowded so you are in a beautiful isolated enclave but not really in deep contact with mother nature. There is not a market there so that you have to bring with you what you need (food, water,...)
